What We Are Delivering in 2026

Everything we do starts with one goal. Making life easier for you.

As we look ahead to 2026, we want to share a clear picture of what is coming and why it matters. These updates reflect both long term investments and direct feedback from our members. Some changes are already underway. Others are right around the corner. All of them are designed to improve how you bank with us and how we show up in our community.

A Major Digital Banking Upgrade This Year

One of the most significant updates is our new online and mobile banking platform launching this year.

We listened carefully to member feedback about what was working and what was not. Navigation needed to be simpler. Information needed to be easier to find. Tools needed to feel more intuitive and helpful.

This new platform is cleaner, easier to use, and built to help you manage your money with more confidence and less friction. It is designed to support how you actually bank today, whether that is checking balances quickly, transferring funds, paying bills, or monitoring activity on the go.

This upgrade represents a direct response to what members told us they wanted, and it sets the foundation for future digital improvements.

Your Penn East Cards Are Moving to Visa

In March 2026, Penn East cards will transition to Visa.

This move brings stronger security, wider acceptance, and a faster checkout experience. Visa is accepted in more places, globally, and offers enhanced fraud protection tools that help keep your accounts secure.

We will communicate clearly and often as the transition approaches, including what to expect, when you will receive your new card, and how to activate it. Nothing about your relationship with us changes. This is about improving performance, reliability, and peace of mind.

Additional details will be shared as we get closer to March 2026.

Expanding Our Commitment to the Community

Our commitment to the community continues to grow alongside these banking improvements.

This year, our first quarter focus is community preparedness. We are offering free CPR training, an active shooter awareness session, and Stop the Bleed education. These programs are designed to bring practical, real world skills into the neighborhoods we serve.

These are not lectures. They are hands-on opportunities to learn skills that can make a difference when it matters most. Event details and registration information are available on our website, and we encourage members to take advantage of these free resources.

You will also see more events and more ways to connect with us throughout the year as we continue to invest in education, safety, and community support.

Looking Ahead

You will see continued improvements across how you bank with us, how you connect with us, and how we support the communities we serve. Whether you visit us in a branch, use digital banking, attend an event, or reach out to our team, our focus remains the same.

Clear communication. Better tools. Stronger community impact.
