Board of Directors

One of the fundamental aspects of an American not-for-profit financial cooperative is its volunteer board of directors. At Penn East, we’re proud of how our members are represented at the highest level of our decision-making. PEFCU’s board of directors holds our management and staff accountable for operating our credit union according to the current needs of the members and the community we serve. Our board is also responsible for collaborating with credit union management to establish a future vision and measure our progress toward that shared vision. This ensures Penn East returns a high value to today’s members while also remaining relevant for the next generation.
