Penn East will no longer offer reloadable Travel Cards. While existing cardholders may continue to reload and use their Travel Cards through July 16, 2025, all remaining funds must be used by December 10, 2025.

How to Access Remaining Funds

If you’d like to remove your remaining Travel Card balance before December 10, you have a few options:

  1. Continue using your card for purchases or ATM withdrawals until the balance is spent.

  2. Call Innovative Card Services at 1-866-319-4602 to:

    • Have the balance deposited into your Penn East account

    • Or request a check be mailed to you

  3. Visit any Penn East branch and our team can help you call and process your refund request.

Please note: A $10 fee may be charged by Innovative to unload your card, but Penn East will refund this fee for active cardholders.

Additional Reminders

  • Direct deposits currently going to your Travel Card should be redirected to a different account.

  • Recurring payments tied to your Travel Card should be canceled or updated to prevent disruptions.
