New Visa® debit and credit cards were mailed the second week of March. For security purposes, your card should have arrived in a plain white envelope.
If you did not received your new card by March 27, 2026, please contact us and we can assist you.
Once you receive your new card, please complete the following steps:
- Call the number provided to activate your card
- Sign the back of the card
- Destroy your old card
If you have merchants that automatically bill your existing card, be sure to contact them and provide your new Visa® card number.
